Energy Healing

Energy healing is a complementary holistic therapy that aims to bring balance to your mind, body and soul. as well as activating your own body’s own natural healing ability. Depending on what you need at the time, my holistic therapies aim to cleanse, realign and strengthen your energy, meridians, chakras and qi (chi, prana).

Intuitive Reflexology

Intuitive reflexology gives a ‘picture’ of your entire being as it is right in that moment, what your body/mind/spirit needs at that time. Rather than pre-deciding what you need, you allow your body and spirit to tell you what they need.

Bio Energy Healing

Bio energy healing is also known by other names such as bio field healing and bio healing. Whatever the name, these therapies aim to release unwanted or negative past stresses, traumas and energies to activate your body’s natural healing energy.

Distance Healing

Everything is connected, by the fundamental creation energy that is the source of everything. Modern science calls it quantum entanglement but ancient cultures called it the interconnectedness of everything, meaning that everything in existence (including us) is made from the same energy. We are not separate, we are deeply connected. In distance healing, the practitioner is a conduit for this source energy, which can transfer to you, via this connection, regardless of distance. 

Chakra Healing

I always include chakra cleansing, balancing and realignment in all my bio energy healing sessions. By clearing chakra blockages and restoring balance, you can experience improved physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. You can also experience reduced daily stress, less anxiety, improved sleep, balanced mood and energy, greater self love and a desire for self care, increased self awareness and spiritual growth.
